Inquiry forms may collect name, work email, company, telephone, country, project requirements, links and referral/UTM information. Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, payment-card data, medical records or export-controlled information.
Purpose
Information is used to evaluate and respond to an inquiry, prepare a requested scope, prevent abuse and maintain project records where a commercial relationship begins.
Legal basis and retention
The registered entity must define applicable legal bases, retention periods, processors and cross-border arrangements before launch. Inquiry data should be removed when no longer needed for the stated purpose or legal obligation.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers or project specialists only where appropriate, disclosed and protected. Supplier-sensitive information should be handled under a suitable confidentiality process.
